On March 2, 2010, the Court of Appeals for the State of Georgia affirmed a judgment on a jury verdict that Douglas H. Tozzi obtained on behalf of a prominent Atlanta law firm against one of its former clients in the amount of $671,939.69 as trial counsel in the State Court of Fulton County before Judge Patsy Porter on January 28, 2009.
